There were no check-in instructions by email, and when we arrived nobody was there to greet us or hand over the room key. Our calls didn't connect and nobody answered the doorbell. We eventually contacted customer service through the booking agency, then waited 1.5 hours before getting an access code. The room was rather small, and the photos on Google and the booking sites were misleading. The bathroom had a shower, but not a separate shower cabin: the shower head was between the sink and toilet.
