The room was clean and the location worked well. I booked for three through Hotels.com, but was told at the property that there was an extra charge for anyone beyond two, added on top of what I’d already paid in the app. Parking was a little tight, though there’s public parking across the street.

I won’t be coming back. I made a mistake with the dates on a same-day booking after 10 PM, and called the hotel right after I booked to ask if I could move them. The person who answered was so unfriendly, and kept telling me to deal with Agoda. Agoda said a change or cancellation needed the hotel’s approval, while the hotel insisted it had no say and sent me back to Agoda. I checked afterward and found that changes and cancellations were up to the hotel. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just a date change. I called around 10 PM after the payment went through, and it felt like they were too annoyed to help.

For the price, the spa and the room size are hard to beat. Parking is available too. Best stay around Songtan Station!!

The room was in great shape, and it was clean with a nice atmosphere. The spa was amazing!! I’d love to come back.

I’m really fussy about cleanliness, and the room was spotless, which made me so happy ㅠㅠ❤️ I was looking for a place with a spa, and this was great value too. I’ll come back next time 😜
