Brown-Dot Hotel

The location worked really well, especially without a rental car. It's right along the SED, with restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping nearby, and the train and bus hub is walkable too. The area gets busy, but my room stayed whisper-quiet. The deluxe room was huge and reasonably priced, and came with soaps, lotions, and shampoo, though no toothpaste. There wasn't a closet, which I missed on a business trip lasting a few weeks since I could've used somewhere to store clothes. They also give you some adult amenities at check-in, so this may be a love hotel. I'd book it again.

I've stayed here more than 10 times, and it used to be better. When I tried to book in person after Paypal was being difficult, the man at the counter quoted $110.00. I pointed out that the app showed a different price, and he changed the price and availability to zero. That felt manipulative and the hospitality was horrible. I'd never complained after check-in about the dirty sheets or the pee stain on the toilet, but this was too much.

It was a little cramped once we had our luggage, so 9 out of 10. Otherwise it was clean and quiet, with a large TV and a firm bed that wasn't hard. There's a 110 transformer available. I'd definitely stay again. If you're packing light, stop here.

The location is central, just a five-minute walk from the Osan AB walk in gate. Beds around Korea are often hard, so finding a hotel with soft, comfortable ones was awesome. It's the most affordable hotel on the SED.
