Ara Club Pension

The owner was so welcoming, and the room was spotless, tidy, and bigger than we expected. My friend and I loved the beautiful ocean view. Before we arrived, I called twice with questions and got an immediate answer and really helpful directions both times. Thank you! ^^

The loft stairs were so narrow and wobbly that I was scared going up. Still, we spent most of our time in because the ocean-view spa was lovely, the huge bed and clean bedding were great, and the pension was peaceful. The view is fantastic and there’s a path down to the beach. It isn’t brand new, so everything isn’t perfectly pristine, but we had a nice stay haha.

We stayed May 3rd to 4th, 2021, in the VVIP room. At 50 pyeong, there was plenty of space. The young staff were friendly, too. I liked being able to see the ocean through the window, and with a restaurant right upstairs, someone lazy like me could eat there instead of using the barbecue facilities.

The ocean view was stunning at this pension near the entrance to Namhae, and I came away feeling properly relaxed. They do charge extra for the bath water, but I thought it was worth it. There’s also a separate path leading down to the ocean below the pension, so have a look.
