The rooms were clean, and the pool really was heated. The grounds shown in the photos are on the suites side. There are two buildings, one for the suites and one for the regular hotel, and I assume the suites building is the nicer, newer one. That wasn’t clear when I booked, though. The bathrooms looked dated and tacky, but were clean. They supplied paper cups instead of proper ones, with no stirrers. I should have looked more closely when booking, since the photos seemed decent, with lovely grounds and a heated pool. In April, there was no air conditioning option. When I complained that it felt stuffy, they offered a dusty fan. Our room faced the road, so we couldn’t open the windows, and the traffic noise was noticeable. The hotel is only two levels.

I had a great stay. The room was clean, the food was quite good, and there’s a swimming pool. There are also lots of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is quite close to ICC Jeju, where I was attending a conference.

The rooms were ordinary, nothing especially nice, but I had no problems with them. The location is great, right in a pleasant tourist area near the beach, with good restaurants within 1km. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was decent and filling, though nothing special at first. It improved when fresh scrambled eggs came out, and the seafood based seaweed soup was really delicious. Not a bad stay at all.

The breakfast was minimal for Europeans, with little choice, and you had to clear your own plates and cutlery. Apart from a shop in the building, there weren’t other dining facilities, just a microwave. The bathrooms could use renovation, and the double glazed windows need a good clean. Some guests let their children bang on corridor doors at 11 pm. I guess the hotel is more of a hit with Korean guests than European ones.

The staff were friendly, and I had a nice stay. Breakfast costs extra, but it was pretty good. There’s also a pool at the sister hotel next door, though I didn’t try it.
