The room had a poor view, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the room. There was no lobby or waiting area, and I found moldy food still in the microwave. Even so, this is a highly recommended, inexpensive option for apartment-like accommodations in downtown Jungmun. We had a spacious place with a full kitchen, cooking and eating utensils, a huge fridge, microwave, washer, and dining table. There was strong Wi-Fi, a decent-sized bathroom with a modern toilet, heated floors, a clothes drying rack, and lots of closets. Check-in was easy, and two bottles of water were restocked daily. Shops and restaurants are right outside, and the beach is walkable, about 30-40 minutes away.

When the washing machine door wouldn't open or close, we told the management office on the first floor. They came up right away to check, then quickly sent a technician to fix it. Laundry detergent is available at the supermarket next door, a whole box costs 3500 won. The room has a sea view and offers good value, with plenty of space, a washing machine, electric clothes drying rack, kitchen, and basic amenities. There's also a water dispenser outside, and a large local supermarket right next door. A few small issues: the bathroom doesn't have separate shower and toilet areas, and the bed and bedding are quite hard. Water had pooled under the floor in a corner of the balcony extension, soaking my socks when I stepped there, though that seems specific to this room. The hairdryer was very noisy and sounded like it might break, but it still dried my hair effectively.

The rooftop view in the morning was excellent, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It's very affordable for Jungmun and has the facilities you need, including a bidet and washing machine.
