A comfortable place to stay, close to the traditional market.

On weekdays, this is a good pick for visiting Jeju and the Olle Market, especially for the value. A staff member handles the tower-style parking, which is convenient, and there’s a washer and dryer. The air conditioning kept the room cool in summer. The rooftop has a nice view, seating where you can eat, vending machines, and public restrooms. Being right by Olle Market also means lots of food choices. Getting in can be difficult during peak traffic, especially on crowded weekends. There are also lots of thumb-sized cockroaches on the rooftop. For me, the price-to-performance makes up for these drawbacks.

Being right beside Maeil Olle Market means countless places to eat, with great restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk away. The staff were friendly, and parking was straightforward: leave your keys, then ask them to move the car about 10 minutes before you go. I stayed in the Family Suite with a triple bed and loved the ocean view. Having the living room separate from the bedroom made things much easier, and the washing machine and microwave seem ideal for a longer stay. This felt like great value for the money, and I’d personally recommend it.

It’s right across from Olle Market, and the staff are friendly. I took off two stars because the smell in the room was overpowering. I’m not sure if it was a new-building smell or disinfectant, but it reminded me strongly of F-Killa. I couldn’t sleep with it. Opening the window stopped the air conditioner from turning on because of the sensor. I was nearly at my wit’s end. If you’re sensitive to smells, I’d suggest staying somewhere else. My companion thought the smell was okay.
