Without a car, the hotel is in a very inconvenient spot for tourists. Getting a taxi at night is difficult, there are no shops or places to eat nearby, and the closest ones are 2km away. It's pitch black around the property at night and a bit scary. The owner runs a dog cafe, which could be a concern if your friends are afraid of small animals. There's no lift, so you have to carry your luggage yourself if your room is on the third floor. The room door has just one lock, which didn't make us feel safe. We also had several blackouts in the room, and there was no water boiler.

On our first visit, we went to the dog cafe, Gaette Mokjang. It has two large exercise areas, one for small and medium-sized dogs and one for large dogs. We had a great run around there on our second day in Jeju. We stayed at the hotel on our last day before leaving. Our one-year-old dog, Maple, was worn out after more than ten days of travel, so we wanted a good rest. The place seemed small, but staying overnight with Maple, who weighs 9.5kg, was no trouble.

They charge a pet fee even if you don't have a dog. I tried to cancel a few days before the stay, and bringing outside food can cost up to 20,000 won. A truly perfect accommodation.
