The pool was easily the worst part of my stay, and it ruined the experience for me. Entry costs a ton, then you have to pay for a table because there’s nowhere else to sit, so there’s no free option. The strangest, most obnoxious rule was having to wear a hat or swimming cap the whole time in the pool. If you’re there with kids, expect to spend 200 bucks to use it for just one day. The room was spacious, but the pillows smelled musty. The “ocean view” was just a small patch of ocean visible above the trees.

A unique, clean resort with service that was hard to describe, especially from Chloe and Kim. They welcomed and hosted us so well, representing Korean hospitality beautifully, and we were completely satisfied. Sending greetings from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Thank you very much ❤️

We were shown a layout plan and could choose the kind of room we wanted. That thoughtful gesture made the hospitality feel very personal. The room itself was simple but spacious, with a mountain view. Waking up to Hallasan mountain every morning was breathtaking. The in-room facilities were dated, but useful. The entrance wowed us as soon as we drove in, and the lobby felt warm, with great desk staff. We hated to check out and will definitely come back.

The old, unrenovated rooms shouldn’t be available to stay in. Our appliances were stained, the furniture was dirty, and the cabinets were cracked and in very poor shape. The room didn’t look like the photos on booking sites, which felt misleading. I would have booked somewhere else if I’d known.
