We spent one night on the third floor. There was no bed, so it wasn't comfortable.

It's dated and old, and the golf course is quite a drive away.

We were in south-facing Room 310 on the third floor for three nights, from January 3rd to January 6th, and it was far from the golf course. There was one single bed and one double bed in the bedroom. The living room was spacious, with a kitchen sink and a large dining table tucked in one corner, plus an excessively large bathroom and toilet. It was far too much space for two people, though you could fit 10 if you laid mattresses out in the living room. If you're not from Jeju, I'd recommend climbing Mt. Gunsan, which you can see from the accommodation. Morning people could catch the sunrise there.
