Playce Camp Jeju

The room had a streaming setup for watching a movie, and I liked the black-tiled rooftops visible from the window. It’s a stylish place with a café, bar, convenience store, and small select shop, all giving it that Terarosa feel. Getting around eastern Jeju was easy: I visited Seongsan Ilchulbong and Seopjikoji, and the nearby bus stop made it simple to reach Seogwipo, Gimnyeong, and even the Donghwa Village Starbucks. The airport shuttle was right on time, and the room was spacious, with a separate bedroom. There were air-conditioning units in both areas, so I could adjust them independently. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back.

A distinctive place, and everything was so clean. The bed was great, the showers were hot, and the towels were A grade. I didn’t use the facilities, but the place has everything you’d need for a holiday. It’s close to buses and attractions, with great walks nearby too. All the staff were lovely, especially the woman who helped me. Sorry I didn’t get your name.

The room’s a little small, but the view makes up for it, and there’s plenty to do here: a restaurant, café, bar, laundry, and even karaoke while you wait for your washing. Seongsan is a nice walk of a couple of kilometres away, or you can catch one of the regular buses. Jude at reception was so kind, patient, and helpful, and Harry deserves a special mention too. When our Uber didn’t show at 5 30 a.m. for the trip to see the sunrise at Seongsan, Harry kindly drove us there for free. Such a hospitable place. Highly recommend!

The hotel’s industrial, artsy design is its real charm, and I’d stay longer next time so I could book one of the bigger rooms and enjoy it more. We had the standard room, which is very small, with barely any room to move between the bed and toilet. Still, it suited us since we just needed somewhere to shower and rest. Our booking was mixed up, but Harry at the front desk sorted it out quickly and was professional and kind. Thanks to him for making the stay go smoothly!
