Sea & Wave Pension

You need a car to stay here, but the spot is right by the water. There’s a 24-hour CU nearby, and a decent bar or pub down the road that stays open until midnight. For what we paid, I expected a bit more. The sink soap looked pretty gross, the bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and there was a small cockroach in there along with a large one on the door.

There’s plenty close by, with convenience stores and restaurants within a six-minute walk, and parking was very convenient. The manager was kind, and the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious too, with a window, a ventilation fan, and a separate shower booth instead of a curtain. I think it would work well even for a trip with a young child.

From the second floor, the ocean view stretches out in front of you, and the waves are amazing to watch. If hearing the sea is part of what you’re after, I’d absolutely recommend this charming pension. It feels right on the oceanfront.

The room was nice, and even from the first floor you still get an ocean view. There are a few restaurants close by, plus a convenience store. I took the photo from the pension rooftop.
