The staff were rude and impatient when we asked questions, and they rolled their eyes at guests who were making enquiries. They’d pretend not to know English and ignore you. That kind of attitude is hard to expect from staff in the tourism industry. Poor service all around.

The rooms are roomy and the bathrooms are excellent, and the price feels like good value for the quality. The hallway could do with renovation, though, and there’s a noticeable smoke smell in the common area. Calling the front desk was inconvenient because they didn’t respond.

The location is the real standout, close to all the main Seogwippo landmarks. It’s definitely a budget place, but the price compared with the service is excellent. Rooms are simple, tidy, and in good condition. Breakfast is basic but offers variety and tastes good. The staff, especially at reception, are polite, helpful, and speak great English, which I really appreciated. A great experience, and I’d recommend it.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. The rooms feel neglected, and the cleaning is so poor that even the floors come up dirty if you wipe them with a tissue. Sinks and counters are dirty too, and the front desk staff are unfriendly. I blame management, since they seem not to care. I don't know what changed, but I can't recommend staying here.
