Customer service was poor when we raised our concerns. The staff didn’t seem bothered and seemed more interested in taking guests’ money. I’d avoid this hotel. You have to pay about $30 per sun lounger at a 4* hotel, and the pool area isn’t anything special. The buffet looked impressive but wasn’t worth the cost, and the hot food was cold. At check-in, we were told the restaurant was fully booked. Only after we explained we’d flown 14 hours from London did they eventually give us a table. When we got there, the restaurant was empty.

The staff were friendly and quick, breakfast was good, and the rooms were large. That’s about all I enjoyed. Even relaxing in the sun on site costs extra, so you’re better off renting a car and driving to different beaches.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff are kind and friendly. One great thing is being able to use the hot water pool in winter. The only downside is that there aren’t restaurants nearby, so you’ll need to drive out if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.

We chose this place for its family-friendly feel for our little son, and it was perfect. He had a fun race car bed and toys to play with in the room, plus there’s an outdoor playground and an indoor kids room. The breakfast buffet had food for little ones too. A great base in Seogwipo for exploring the island. We loved it and will be back.

The hotel was quiet, and the corner suite gave our group of five plenty of room. The front desk staff didn’t feel very welcoming, though. If we asked for anything a little outside the usual, the answer was a firm no, delivered in a robotic way. I’d personally suggest staying at another hotel for better quality and customer service.
