We checked in expecting the sea-view room shown in the photos, but were given a different room that looked nothing like them. We later found out the room we wanted was empty. When I asked the owner to switch us, he kept refusing and was very rude. The shower had almost no water pressure, and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Construction noise also carried on late into the night. This was one of the worst experiences of my life and ruined my vacation. I don’t want it to ruin yours, so please don’t go there at all.

We spent 4 days here and I already miss it. It’s peaceful and quiet, right in front of the beach, with a great spot to chill. The cafe’s food and drinks are really tasty, and the owners are so nice, friendly, and helpful.

People kept walking right in front of the bedroom, and construction nearby was noisy. When guests couldn’t just accept that, they were treated as difficult customers. The owners never apologized. They told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it and said they’d refund me, so I left. There are plenty of good pensions around. Don’t book this one on impulse just because of the view. Read more reviews first. You came to Jeju Island to relax, and I hope you’ll be careful if you don’t want your trip ruined.
