It was good, just too expensive.

Agoda listed check-in at 10 PM, but the front desk said I couldn’t come in until 11. I ended up waiting outside for an hour. I don’t recommend staying here on a Saturday, and I definitely don’t want to come back.

I went to Pangyo for work and was looking for affordable lodging nearby. I told them I needed two nights, Wednesday through Friday, but after I checked in, the front desk called and said they’d counted the nights wrong and wanted more money. They said I’d only paid for two nights, so I paid the extra amount. Then, when I returned, they told me that a multi-night stay also required paying the daytime room rate. I was tired after work and using my corporate card, so I didn’t want to argue, even though I was offended and didn’t understand the policy. Back in the room, they said they’d made another mistake and asked me to pay the daytime rate twice. That’s what made me angry enough to write this. I’d paid for two nights, yet they still said I had to pay for two daytime room changes. When I refused, they said they’d have to make me move my luggage for one day, and moved me into a small room that wasn’t cleaned well. I’m asking for an apology and an explanation. I plan to post about this on as many platforms as I can, and I’ve attached photos as evidence.

It’s a good spot for business travelers wanting a longer break, with a food alley right nearby. The counter staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. I had a great stay and a good rest, and would happily come back.
