Seongnam Amare

We came across this place by chance, and now my boyfriend and I use it whenever we go on a date. It's clean and well organized, and the rooms are quiet.

It was hard to get air into the room, even with the door open, because the window was so small. The room itself was cramped, and the boxy bathroom wobbled on the floor.

On a business trip I thought this was a decent motel, so I'm especially disappointed by how they handled this. I clearly left something behind, but they said there were no lost items. If they'd told me the housekeeper threw it away, that would've been annoying, but I wouldn't have felt so let down. They showed no sense of responsibility, and I don't want to have to chase after something I left behind. There's another issue with the points. A person who'd stayed on a previous business trip had earned points and asked to add more when they came back. The motel said they didn't have that number and wanted them to make a new one. Are you kidding? It seems like they just threw the old one away because they didn't want to deal with it.

The banner outside said 20,000 won, but they charged 25,000 won. The room was tiny, with too many rooms squeezed into the space.
