Seongnam Casa Hotel

The bedding had stains, and I ended up with a skin condition. There was mold, a bad smell, and rust throughout. After I left a negative review, they even retaliated against me. I wouldn't stay here.

The TV remote didn't work, and the room itself was a shock: it had no windows and was in the basement, even though I'd been told to go to the first floor. I was staying alone because of personal circumstances and had booked the cheapest room in a hurry since I only needed somewhere for a few hours. I knew the low price might mean something, but I never expected that.

I've stayed here twice, in both the large and standard rooms. The large room had a massage chair and plenty of space, but the chair was old and left my back hurting. The standard room was tiny, and I could hear everything next door. The air conditioner creaked, and the owner or staff came across as blunt. For the area, the price isn't cheap.
