I was in Daesan on business and found the place clean, with friendly staff. The snack bar breakfast had plenty of choice, including kimbap, ramen, cereal, toast, and more. Having a washer and dryer was handy, and the owner was friendly and gave great parking instructions. I stayed comfortably and had a pleasant visit. 👍👍👍👍👍

The facilities are pretty good. Just avoid 7 p.m., when the front desk staff are eating dinner. Breakfast isn't much, only ramen and toast. They have kimbap too, but I don't trust it.

Check-in was late at night, and the place was clean. I slept comfortably, although the disposable toothpaste was sealed but oddly a bit hardened.

It's a handy place for people who travel for work often. There are plenty of two-bedroom suites, so booking a room isn't stressful. The snack bar is open to use freely, and there's a printer for when you urgently need to print something. Those are great perks.

The neighborhood's newest place looks fairly up to date. Free snacks include flakes, toast, ramen, and hot drinks, which is nice enough, but the cleaning is visibly lacking. I noticed the poor cleaning several times.
