Four Points By Sheraton Josun, Seoul Myeongdong

Euljiro 3-ga Station (Exit 12) is just across the street, and there’s a limousine bus stop nearby that made my airport trip smooth and easy. With two convenience stores around the corner and restaurants, cafés, and bars all over the lively streets, it was easy to find what I needed. The location made exploring Seoul incredibly simple. I found the staff welcoming and helpful, and most spoke English, which made things easy to navigate. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, a nice place to come back to after a long day out. There’s a laundry room by the lobby, plus a cozy bar and shared seating near reception where you can relax or wait. There’s even a Starbucks kiosk by the entrance for a morning coffee. The hotel has two restaurants, a buffet and a Korean BBQ place on the second floor that specializes in aged pork cuts. I ate at the BBQ restaurant on my first night and really enjoyed it. It’s a comfortable, well-connected place to stay while visiting South Korea.

The rooms were clean, modern, and well thought out, with what I needed to unwind after a day around Seoul. Getting around was easy too, with good food and shopping nearby and convenient transport close at hand. Staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help. I’d gladly come back.

Seeing the sunrise from the room was lovely, and the location is great. But the cleanliness was extremely poor. Anything out of immediate view seemed not to have been cleaned properly. I’ve attached photos. There were bugs too. One crawled onto my clothes and came home with me. Please look carefully at the places that are actually dirty instead of just following the cleaning checklist. I’m tired of ending up in dirty hotel rooms. I don’t plan to keep the bug photos for long, so please let me know when you’re sure this has been resolved.

The buffet lunch had an excellent selection of international food, and the hotel was a comfortable place to stay. It’s close to train and bus stations, with lots of restaurants nearby. The slow elevator was the one drawback, since at times we waited a few minutes.
