Getting here from Seoul National University Station is reasonably easy, but accessibility only gets three stars from me. The cigarette smell was strong throughout the building and rooms, which made it feel unsuitable for families, women, or business travelers in the countryside. Other reviews mention cockroaches in rooms and hair on pillows. The rooms are cheap, like similar places, and the accommodations are decent, though parking costs 15,000 won even though the app suggests walking and doesn’t list a parking fee. The service felt more focused on keys and toiletries than interacting with guests. In my opinion, the staff spoke rudely, and some reviews say guests are treated like criminals. I wouldn’t recommend it for couples. Women may not like it either because of the smoke and cleanliness.

It was clean, which brought the rating back up. Still, getting around from here isn’t easy, and the standard room is old with quite a few things needing attention. The amenities seemed around 90% of average, so you’d need to inspect closely to notice anything missing, but that wasn’t a major issue.

The front desk manager on the first floor was really friendly, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so food is easy to find. The bathroom has toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and body wash. The room is inexpensive and easy to access, and it even has a computer with lots of folders to browse through. ^^ Still, the place isn’t especially good compared with other motels around here, though it isn’t bad either. Rooms start at 40,000 won, and the soundproofing is weak. There was a lot of dust in the corners under the bed, and unused towels had chili powder on them, so hygiene could be better. The hair dryer was a little broken, ventilation indoors wasn’t great, and the bed springs squeaked, though that wasn’t a big deal.

The cigarette smell was bad, and I’ve never stayed somewhere that charges 1,000 won for toiletries. Checkout is at 13:00, but they called at 12:00 and woke me up. Most places call about 30 minutes beforehand. For 36,000 won, I’d pick another motel since there are plenty nearby.
