Hotel 2.4

The location was the one good thing, close to a subway station with lots of restaurants around. The rest was a bad experience, especially for our last hotel in Korea. We had a problem and the hotel refused to accommodate us. The ice machine never had ice, and the room fridge was completely iced up but didn’t cool anything we put in it. For two people staying two nights, they gave us one towel, so we had to fetch more ourselves. Breakfast didn’t look like the photos. The front desk never answered when we called from the room, local TV channels were all there was, with no Netflix or YouTube, and the rubbish wasn’t collected.

I was just passing through, but maybe I’ll give it a try next time.

Used toothbrushes from previous guests were still there, and the towel smelled damp, like it hadn't dried properly. It made me wonder whether this place really rates three stars.

I booked through an American points site, but the rooms are tiny, the beds even less comfortable, and the staff were just so-so. The gym doors were unlocked with no sign saying it was closed, yet I couldn't use it because of “corona” while employees used it freely. I checked out early. One star is the most I'd give this place.
