The lobby was great, and they cleaned the room every day. Each person also got a bottle of water daily. But the beds were extremely hard, so don’t expect a comfortable night. The bathroom needs a deep clean and some repairs. When we arrived, the toilet seat was halfway off, and we had to ask the front desk to come tighten it. They should have noticed that while cleaning. There were holes in the wall from old pictures, and the bottom of the toilet looked disgusting. Even the building’s name outside had some letters burnt out, on both the side and the front. The place could use some work.

The quiet room meant I had the best sleep I’ve had in Seoul. It was clean and spacious, and I loved the shower design. They even provided a straightener as well as a hair dryer. The shampoo was one of the best I’ve used so far. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy.

At least the staff gave good service, even after the toilet clogged. That happened on the second night, when I went to use it. I hadn’t even passed anything especially large, just two average-sized stools. On the first night, the hotel reeked of smoke and the sockets were falling apart. During breakfast I spotted an insect crawling on the floor beside my leg in the dining hall. The hotel felt very ulu, and the location looked quite scary.

The rooms were clean but felt dated and could use modernization. Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, which was inconvenient for both leisure and work, and the breakfast was decent but didn’t have much variety during our stay. On the plus side, Hotel Bridge is in a lively part of Seoul, with convenient access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff were polite and ready to help with questions. For its price, it’s a fair option for budget-conscious travelers who care more about location than luxury.
