Getting to the elevator requires taking stairs first, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked and could be a real problem for anyone with physical issues. The room itself was unbelievably small, the hotel extremely dirty, and we even found a cockroach in the bathroom. It’s also on a narrow street packed with printing shops, with loud machine noise through the day. A train passes every ten minutes, shaking the whole room and making it hard to relax or sleep. The location is very poor. The price doesn’t match the quality or service, and we were extremely dissatisfied. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it.

The bed is right next to the bathroom glass! 😭 The elevator was also a constant frustration. It never stopped at the right floor, sometimes landing one floor above or below, and at times it didn’t stop properly at all. The room was dirty and moldy, and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The place was so filthy that I couldn’t bring myself to shower during my entire 10-night stay. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the neglect was beyond acceptable. It wasn’t worth even $5 a night and completely ruined my trip. I’ve already filed a complaint with Booking.com to try to get my money back. I’d read some positive Google reviews, but they seemed misleading, or possibly written by hotel staff. This was worse than a one-star hostel!!!!! 🥵🤮

For my first visit to Korea, I booked one night here. I appreciated the help with storing my luggage and preparing the room. The elevator was convenient, and there were microwaves and various amenities available. Myeongdong Night Market is nearby, as is a convenience store about 20 meters away. There was also a restaurant right across from the hotel with delicious food. I’d like to stay again next year. Thanks again. Luis Grande
