The service was bad. I wouldn't recommend this motel at all.
The service was bad.
The facilities were great during my five nights here, with a nice tea set, bathroom faucet, bidet, bedding, and lighting. Still, I don't think I'll stay again. The room was so cramped I couldn't open my suitcase, and had to sort my luggage in the area between the bathroom and entrance. The tatami mats smelled musty, so I had to ventilate the room. It was clean at check-in, but the bathroom fan didn't work and the water took ages to dry. A squeegee would help. The facilities seemed almost new, yet the shared areas felt poorly maintained, maybe because nobody lives there full-time. Disappointing.
It was clean, and the small room was just right for traveling alone. There was even a charger, so I thought I might come back. Then an error stopped me from checking out at the kiosk. The screen told me to go to the front desk, but there wasn't one, and nobody answered the phone. I couldn't call either, since there was no Korean phone number. A Korean person who was there offered to speak to them when we left and helped us sort it out, so I got home safely.
Cheap and clean, and fine for a short stay. For the price, it’s a good place for domestic travelers who just need one clean night. But the space is tight, so bringing a suitcase can be uncomfortable. There isn't much room to open it.
