The room was filthy and the staff weren’t friendly. This is a really bad hotel. Book it and you’ll regret it completely.

There are plenty of restaurants and places for entertainment nearby, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, too.

I paid 80,000 won and was shocked as soon as I saw the room. It looked as if nobody had cleaned it in months. I called to complain, and they told me to switch rooms, though I suspect the others were just as bad. Their manner was unfriendly, and I didn’t even want to keep talking to them. I came hoping to get a good night’s sleep, but didn’t sleep at all. I can’t help wondering if the reviews are fake, or if they treated me this way because I was a woman traveling alone and put me in a strange room. Just the worst.

For the weekend 17, this was the state of the room: the blanket cover was peeling off, and the space was so cramped it felt like sleeping in a chicken coop. There’s nothing to like here apart from the location.

It was an easy walk, about four minutes from Jamsilsaenae. I chose the cheapest room, so it was small, but two of us slept there without any trouble.
