I was here for a conference and had a really good stay. There are lots of restaurants around in a busy area, though not many foreigners seem to go there. I walked to the conference at walkers hill. It takes a while, but the surroundings are beautiful, especially in autumn.

The room gets really hot at night, and the beds feel a bit small for a family of four. The reception staff are helpful, though, and can call a taxi for you.

The hotel worked well for me because I stay here the night before leaving Korea, and the Airport Bus Stop is very close. There's also a metro station nearby and plenty of dining options in the area. The rooms are all quite different from each other, and it's a very nice hotel.

After our flight and metro ride, we were told to pay immediately. They wouldn't let us pay in another currency or wait two hours. My husband had to go to the bank while the rest of us, including the kids, sat waiting for an hour instead of being given our rooms. We had booked two rooms for four people for three nights. The man and the older woman at the front desk were very rude and disrespectful. The reception is the first impression of a place, so why spend money on beautiful design and have unprofessional people greet guests? This was a long way from the kind of service I expect in Europe. Staff should speak to people politely.
