Noblesse Tourist Hotel

The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. The subway is very close, though the noise from it is noticeable.

Not a good stay. The train was noisy, and there was a big cockroach in the room. 🐛

The women working there and the morning receptionist were sweet and patient. Even without fluent English, we managed with a translation app, and the morning staff member patiently explained where the bank was. My problem was the man at reception around 3 pm today. I asked politely about a nearby laundry shop, and whether laundry delivery to hotels might be available. He answered with an impatient, rude expression, went on about unnecessary things, and said he was too busy to talk to me. I didn’t need a long explanation, just a polite reply. I’m not a laundry person and had no way of knowing. I’d just arrived in Korea and had questions about places I couldn’t find on Google; I can’t read Korean, so I thought it was okay to ask. His manner was damaging to Korea’s image. OMG, he seemed to think he was BTS. People’s clothes, skin colour, and nationality shouldn’t be a reason to judge them. We all have money to spend here. Also, be honest about the bill. I paid at night and he said he’d raised the price more than necessary. I understand Friday, Saturday, and Sunday can cost more, and he said Saturday and Sunday were almost double. But when I asked the morning receptionist, he said the hotel rate never goes up on Sundays. 😊

A nice place to stay in a good area of nuwon. The hotel staff were very friendly. Check this place out.
