Rosana Hotel

The room and floor were clean, but some of the blankets had yellow stains. Service was inconsistent, too. Sometimes the sheets were changed, and other times the bed was left messy and untouched. What really upset us was coming back 5-8 hours after one staff member had cleaned our room to find the door left open. That's completely unacceptable, and the front desk had nothing to say when we complained. I would have rated this place four stars otherwise.

Getting around was easy, and there's a 24-hour convenience store inside the hotel building. Lotte adventure Park is only a few minutes away on foot. The staff responded quickly and the service was good. My only real issue was the room size, which was too small for two adults. Still, it was a good experience overall.

The rooms were very clean, and I liked the place for the most part. They are small for the price, though, and the lobby is tiny with a strangely laid-out design. It's decent, just adequate.

I come back every 2-3 months and always get a friendly welcome. The rooms are big, neat and clean, and they speak English. There's good food and drinks nearby for all budgets, plus Lotte world and a beautiful lakeside walking area. Limousine buses make the airport trip easy. It's not the greatest hotel, but the value for money is certainly there.
