The Link Seoul, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The Link seems well known for its elaborate wedding halls, with a separate reception area for each one. You can see them in one of the photos. I suppose the name refers to the connections made through the weddings held here. The hotel itself is new, modern, and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooms are spacious in both floor area and ceiling height, well equipped with things like a larger in-room safe and an espresso machine, and clean after recent construction. The amenities, including the gym and swimming pool, are also new and excellent. Breakfast had a wide range of cuisines, and it tasted good. Service was courteous and professional throughout. James in the lobby went above and beyond to handle our requests and make the stay memorable. Thank you!🙏🙏🙏 At checkout, someone at the counter, likely a senior manager, said the hotel was ranked in Seoul’s top three. Based on quality and value, I’d choose it over the other two he mentioned. An executive lounge might help take it to the top, though they don’t have one yet. Highly recommended, and we’ll choose it again next time.

The room was a decent size, and the gym was good enough. There’s also a laundry room. Getting around was easy by bus or subway, with stops right outside, though the hotel is a bit far from the main central areas. The design and decor were nice, but the construction finishes felt low quality. Cleanliness needs work, especially in the gym. Staff should wipe down the equipment at least twice a day. One day it rained hard, and someone seems to have left the outside door open, soaking the floor. It was still wet the next morning, so I had to ask staff to deal with it. Breakfast was fine, but I stayed for a week and the food was the same each day. They could add some variety from one day to the next without changing the whole spread. LOL!!!

We really appreciated how thoughtful the experience felt. The Link Seoul is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and great service. Our room had high-tech features, and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and well-equipped gym. The location made it easy to get around, with major bus stops right across the street, the subway nearby, and plenty of restaurants and shops around.

The beds were so comfortable that we slept really well, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. We also loved the buffet selection at both breakfast and dinner. Both meals were delicious, with lots of variety.
