We had a horrible time here. They didn't respond and couldn't be trusted. A friend lost a whole week's savings. When we got back, we told the universities to avoid this place.

Everything apart from the location was terrible. The four-person bunk room was in the basement, with just two lockers and no locks, so there was zero security and I had to keep valuables in my suitcase. There was no bed light either, so I had to use my phone if someone switched off the main light. Huge bags and suitcases belonging to nobody staying there were stored in the room, making it feel like a storage space. Some residents had been there for months and took up most of the hooks, hangers, and lockers. The shared lounge was a mess, with things piled everywhere like a garage. The front door password was written right on the door, which made no sense and offered zero security. There was hair and dust between the bed and frame too. I booked a bunk in a four-person female room, but the room they gave me didn't look like the one on Booking.com. After I complained, they promised the same room as the website from my second night. The next day I moved, only to find trash all over the floor. It looked like nobody had checked the room before letting me in. HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE!
