Room 701 was freezing for the two of us. I called the front desk four times and was told they'd turn on the boiler, but I still woke up five times from the cold. The floor felt like a refrigerator, and there wasn't a heater or electric blanket. I nearly froze, especially with it being -10 degrees outside. The first floor was warm, which made me wonder if they were trying to save on heating costs. I've stayed here four or five times before, according to Agoda, so this was especially disappointing. I didn't call again to apologize, but after four complaints about the cold, I think someone should have come up and shown some consideration. If you're assigned room 701, ask to switch rooms. I was going to say this at checkout, but the person at the counter wasn't there. I'm really upset and posting this for public interest. Please take it seriously.

This was the most unpleasant place I've stayed. It's cheap on Google, but Yanolx and Yeogiyoo were 50,000 or 60,000 won? I should've read the Google reviews first. I only needed a few hours of sleep, but the room was seriously filthy. The bedding and mattress cover were yellow and dirty, the room smelled of cigarettes, and I could feel the mattress springs all over. There was dust on the wallpaper, rusty residue on the bathroom soap dish, and the towels smelled too. The kettle was caked with limescale when I went to make cup ramen, and the fridge made a noise like it might explode. Even the lighting was dim, though the bathroom itself was spacious. Parking was another mess. There was no space, which can happen at motels, but they should have explained where to park. They directed us to the paid lot in front and apparently it was only free until 9 AM. Check-in was at 5 PM and checkout at 1 PM, yet they expected us to pay for parking. How can a lodging business in a big building in central Siheung be run this way? I can't believe it.
