I keep choosing this place for the comfortable room and good value. This is already my third stay, and the room has been much better than other downtown motels in the same price range. It’s spacious and clean, with a mini-kitchen and dining table that came in handy for food from Oido Market. The neighborhood can feel a little unsettling after dark, though there’s a convenience store close by. Inside, I did notice dust on the dining table lampshade, so the cleaning could use more attention. Nearby facilities are a bit disappointing, but I’m still happy to come back for the comfort and price.

Feels quiet and homey, and it’s clean. A nice choice for families.

There was a lot of trash under the sofa, so I wasn’t sure about the cleaning. I also looked around the second through fourth floors for amenities, but they were just dark and didn’t seem to have much there. The area itself doesn’t offer many amenities either. Breakfast was average. A few more menu choices would help, and personally, I’d like to see paper placemats under the plates. It’s probably fine if you just need somewhere to sleep for one night.

This was my third time staying here. The earlier noise was minor, coming from outside, and I put up with it. This time was too much. I have video recordings, just in case. The soundproofing is awful. I could hear chairs dragging from upstairs and next door, and the room beside mine was so loud it felt like a bar or karaoke place after people had been drinking. I barely slept. The price had seemed fair, but the front desk service is a serious problem too. There’s no way to contact them in the evening, only after you’ve checked out. I won’t stay here again, and they need to improve that service.
