The heated pool worked well, but there wasn't even a slide. The place feels too small for kids, and the soundproofing is poor. There's a playroom on the upper level, but the railing seems low and looked unsafe. Without an elevator, carrying bags upstairs is a hassle if you book an upper-floor room. I also had trouble finding toddler dishes. They should label where those are.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I've stayed in plenty of pool villas and pensions, but I've never had such unfriendly, unpleasant service. My family and I had been looking forward to a winter weekend here, but then the water stopped. We couldn't use the pool or swim, and had no water to drink or do anything else. When I called to ask when it would be back, they only told me to wait. No explanation, and no answer about whether they'd fix it or refund us. The pool smelled of bleach from the start, and the room wasn't very nice. Poor cleaning took away from what could have been comfortable facilities. A lot of the kids' play equipment and Legos were missing or worn out and unusable. When I first used the bathroom, there was a stain on the toilet, and I had to ask for toilet paper. The dishes were stained and water-marked, so I didn't use them. I used wooden chopsticks, but the dishes hadn't been washed and dried, which left me feeling pretty unpleasant. I have no intention of returning. At checkout, the staff weren't wearing masks, which made talking with them uncomfortable.

The pool was a comfortable temperature, but there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drain. Above the barbecue table, the ceiling was in bad shape from a leak, and a lightbulb actually fell. Luckily nobody got hurt. It felt like a waste of money.

Even compared with regular pensions, this was the worst place I've stayed, let alone a kids' pool villa. The pool water looked awful, with stains and algae, and the bathroom smelled bad. Water marks on the floor and walls made the shower area slippery. The stairs felt more like a rock-climbing route than something suitable for children. The owner was nowhere around. Only foreign workers were there, and they didn't come over until late, after someone complained.
