The staff were welcoming, and our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and relaxing strolls by the water. If you want a peaceful stay near the ocean while visiting Sokcho, Mari Vista Hotel Sokcho worked really well for us. I'd recommend it to people who like sea views and a calm atmosphere.

The room was affordable for such a central spot, and it was clean, modern, and quieter than I expected. After a day out, it felt like a good place to come back to. The staff were welcoming and offered helpful local suggestions. Shops, cafes, and major attractions were all within walking distance, which made exploring easy and cut down what I spent on transport. I had a great stay and would come back. Good value if you're after a budget option that still has quality and convenience.

A nice view and affordable rate are two of the main pluses here, and access is easy. The hotel sits right by Cheongcho-ho (lake). You can also pick up Sokcho local beers at the convenience store on the first floor.

Our room was much bigger than I'd expected, and the price was really good for what we got. The location is handy, near the station and also close to the beach and lake.

This was a really disappointing and strange stay. The hotel uses an outside cleaning service, and they took cosmetics from our room without telling us. I've never had that happen at a hotel before. Be careful about leaving valuables here. When I asked the hotel staff what had happened, they couldn't clarify because the cleaners aren't part of the hotel's own staff.
