Suncheon E

I was glad I’d booked a room with a styler, since the room had a strong motel smell that caught me off guard. The lobby has a coffee machine, extra water, and an ice maker, which was handy. The towels were dusty, so it seemed like they did the laundry themselves, while the crisp sheets and pillowcases seemed factory-made. It feels a bit behind the times for a modern motel, but at least you can get a good deal once in a while. ^^

I was there for an event, and the bedding and pillows had patterns that felt soft and familiar, though not particularly clean. The room has ondol heating, plus a hair dryer, hair straightener, mini refrigerator, trousers, toothpaste, and towels. Being near a busy area means you can hear the nightclubs, but shutting the windows cuts down the noise.

I booked the twin room again today, haha, and it was clean with nothing to complain about. I’ve been away from home in Suncheon for two weeks and have tried motels all over, but this one gets my highest rating. I nearly kept quiet because I thought it might get crowded, but I decided to leave a review. From my earlier reviews, you can see I think it’s the best value for the price. I’m taking it easy today and leaving tomorrow, though I may add another day. No photos needed!

The kettle was really dirty when I went to make cup noodles, so I had to go downstairs for water. Other than that, I’m happy with my first stay at Antive. It’s clean, and having a Styler, massage chair, and mini bathtub is nice. I’m considering coming back.
