Danube Hotel

I was very grateful for how gracious and helpful the staff were. I had booked a day earlier than we actually arrived, so by check-in the reservation had been marked as a no-show and cancelled. They let us book again on the spot, had enough rooms for our group of 35, and fully refunded the earlier booking. They also went out of their way to add extra beds and cots when we had more people than expected, and kindly offered complimentary drinks and places for us to meet. They have an AI translator app and a translator messaging platform to help English speakers, which you don't find at many hotels. It was an amazing experience.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast, though it looked simple, tasted good. It was rice and miso soup, comfort food for Japanese people. The hotel is a short walk from the Suwon Bus Center, with a supermarket and restaurants inside, which made things very convenient. I'd stay here again if I get the chance to visit Suwon.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay in a spacious, clean deluxe room. It cost 130,000 won and had one queen-size bed and one single bed. It was great.

The staff were friendly, the facilities clean, and the stay comfortable. I was in room 602, which had an all-white look, while my colleague's room, 601, had a darker theme. Mine was bright and clean, but my colleague's was a bit less clean, with used toothpaste and what looked like hair. They offer valet parking too, and if you call in the morning, they'll get your car ready. I was in Suwon for a business trip and picked the hotel because of its exterior design and bright lights. I stayed one night, and I'd highly recommend it in Suwon.
