Breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of dishes to choose from, and I really enjoyed it. The room was in good shape and everything was clean during our one-night family stay. Since it was winter, I couldn’t use the swimming pool, but I had a good time at the bar with the BBQ platter and fried chicken. The price seemed quite reasonable. There isn’t an executive lounge, but the bar was a nice place to spend time. I’d definitely recommend the hotel for families and business trips.

David Lee and Hailey Kim deserve a special mention. They’ve both gone above and beyond, and David in particular is focused and attentive every time you speak with him. His level of service reminded me how much customer service in America seems to have declined, especially since COVID, with people often seeming unwilling to look after customers. Having someone fully present was a refreshing change. The rest of the team were attentive too, and the customer service was phenomenal. The room was well maintained, and the bathroom was excellent, especially the hot shower and strong water pressure. As an American visiting Korea for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the heated toilet seat. My wife was born in Korea and speaks Korean, which helped a lot, though I was also able to communicate well enough with many staff in English. She loved the breakfast buffet and keeps raving about the nabak kimchi. We thought the buffet was good value, and the restaurant staff took great care of us.

After eating, it’s lovely to take a walk in the park across from the hotel. There are also lots of cafés and restaurants nearby, with plenty of different food to choose from. The hotel is convenient, with a water dispenser in the suite and a coin-operated laundry room on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet was quite tasty, too.

We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of dishes, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Whenever we needed something, someone was ready to assist. The room was comfortable and had a pleasant city view. The main drawback was the lifts. There are three serving the hotel, which felt a bit limited. At busy times, we often waited longer, and sometimes had to wait for another round before we could get on.
