The room equipment was frustrating: the TV and its remote didn’t work properly, the AC remote batteries were dead, and no one answered the front desk phone at night. The neighborhood stayed noisy late, too. At check-in, they asked me for another ₩20,000 because my stay included a Saturday. That charge hadn’t been mentioned beforehand, even though I’d already paid through the platform. After checkout, they called my personal number and demanded ₩40,000 over stained bedding. I understand there was a problem, but the direct call and immediate demand for money made me very uncomfortable. Watch out for surprise charges and poor service.
