Homes Stay Suwon

The twin room was a bit tight, but manageable. Towels were replaced daily, and we got two bottles of water each day. The laundry costs extra, and the kitchen and fitness center are on the second floor. Staff were generally helpful, and one male staff member deserves special thanks for helping us flag down a taxi to Dongsuwon limousine airport station. The carpet could have been cleaner, and sound carried easily from neighboring rooms and the corridor. Still, I had a pleasant three-night stay in Suwon in November 2025.

The small fitness center had limited equipment, and the hotel wasn't in the best part of Suwon for me. Noise from people talking in the hallway carried into the room. I also found the room somewhat dirty, especially the carpet, with stains in my room and carpet throughout the hotel. My flight arrived around 4 am, so I got to the hotel at about 9 am and asked to check in early. They stuck to the 3 pm check-in time, and the front desk quoted 15,000 won for each hour early, which would've added up to more than the nightly rate. My least favorite hotel in South Korea.

It was quiet at night, and my room was really tidy. I loved staying here and would like to come back someday.

The rooms were cozy and super clean, and the staff were professional. It's good value and works well for a stopover or a meeting nearby. Breakfast is a simple spread on the lobby floor, with both international and traditional options. They also introduce tourists to local places. The real action is behind the hotel, with bars, restaurants, and some entertainment. Recommended.
