In the Deluxe Room, Netflix worked perfectly, even though I’d been told it wouldn’t. The facilities are a little dated, but the refrigerator is quiet, there’s no outside noise, and I couldn’t hear anything between floors.

The stairs were strewn with trash and felt like a dungeon, and the doorknobs and power switches were broken. I booked the cheapest rate, so I expected a rough place, and it felt close to falling apart. I can only hope the other rooms are in better shape.

The room is cheap enough for a night’s sleep, but the accommodation itself isn’t in great shape. The low price is the main plus. Book ahead through a lodging app.

Some parts of the exterior look nice, but the rooms themselves are just average.

The facilities are old, the place is dirty, and there are lots of mosquitoes.
