A really good place for the price. It was very affordable and clean, and the staff spoke English.

It’s in the busy area in front of Suwon Station, around a 10-minute walk away, with lots of shops nearby, so getting around is convenient. The combination lock is the one drawback since it doesn’t feel very secure. Still, the low price makes it worth considering.

The noise was the big problem for me. The soundproofing is weak, and I couldn’t sleep because people were so loud. I don’t know if it was something to do with Japanese adult content, but they kept complaining so much that I would seriously have called 112 if I hadn’t heard a few words suggesting they liked it. Ugh. I was staying several nights and felt awful at the thought of another night there. I asked the kind woman at the front desk to move me, and she kindly changed my room. After that, I finally slept peacefully. I’d stay again, but I’d definitely ask for a quiet room in a specific part of the building. Aside from the noise, the place had a lot going for it. It looked recently renovated and was very tidy, with excellent cleanliness and spotless sheets. There was great storage, a nearby convenience store, a washing machine and sink, and even an induction cooktop. It felt like a fully furnished studio or monthly rental that had become a hotel. The woman at reception was incredibly kind too.
