The staff were very kind and considerate, and the room was clean with comfortable pillows. The hotel itself is great, though the Chinatown area has parts that feel like a red-light district. I’d definitely recommend the company.

I slept well here, and the location made getting around easy. Suwon station is about a 7-minute walk away, with food and shopping nearby and the fortress also within walking distance. The room was a decent size. For what I paid, it felt like good value. The owner can arrange an earlier check-in for an extra fee.

The main bus and train terminal and the mall are about a 5-minute walk away, and the fortress is roughly 20 minutes by bus. The nearby red-light district is very small and didn’t matter to us. Our room had a fridge and washing machine. We asked for a clothes rack and then used the washer. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was a table that worked for a quick meal or a laptop. The hotel was spotless, which matters to us, and it met our standards easily. The staff were lovely. One person spoke some Spanish, which was a nice surprise, and communicating in English was no problem. It’s not a fancy place and didn’t thrill us, but it was clean, functional, and let us get on with our plans. We’d definitely recommend it.
