We had six men and three women staying on the fourth floor. In the men's room there were two bunk beds, and two people had to sleep on the floor. We were told the women had a room to themselves, with one long-term guest who would come out at most once a day. But the spot where two men were supposed to sleep turned out to be a passageway for that guest. They kept coming and going, around five or six times from late night until early morning, which was really inconvenient. On arrival day, the owner didn't answer the calls. The handover to the owner's mother hadn't been done properly, and another guest had already gone into the women's room. There were so many restrictions, worse than a middle school retreat. Don't book the loft room above the shared kitchen. The bunk beds are toddler-sized, the mattresses feel bare, and the floor wobbles like it might collapse. The worst guesthouse I've stayed in.

There were too many restrictions, and the constant intrusions left me uncomfortable. During my stay, I just hoped nobody would invade my space or disturb me. I'd never encountered an elderly person with dementia before, and the repeated interruptions were upsetting. There's more I could say, but I'll leave it there. Worst guesthouse ever.

We came as a group, but there were way too many restrictions. There was an ashtray right on the terrace, yet smoking wasn't allowed. Since there are lots of homes nearby, they also said we couldn't make any noise for environmental reasons. Hmm.

I've stayed at quite a few guesthouses, but this one felt more like a homestay run by a general store owner, maybe because it's close to the city. I wouldn't recommend it.
