We found this a great bargain in Suwon. My wife and I have tried several hotels nearby, and none came close to this one even at twice the price. Mrs Dong was very polite as the manager. It's in the downtown nightlife area, so you can hear the fun all night, but shutting every window makes it fine. It's no Hilton, but for the price it's the best deal in Suwon city by far. Treat it as an adventure and enjoy a city that loves to have fun.

Avoid this place. The front desk was grumpy at check-in, and the whole floor smelled like cigars. The room floor was filthy and grungy, and there was lots of black mold in the bathroom. It's on a busy, loud street, with people talking outside all night. We couldn't shut the window because the smell inside was so strong.

Good value for a night in Suwon, with low prices and a handy location. It's in one of the busier parts of town, with lots of restaurants close by.
