For a solo traveler, it's good value. Cleanliness was so-so, the coffee pot had rust on it, and the front desk staff were unfriendly. Parking was a hassle, so it's better to use the nearby terminal lot for 5,000 won a day.

The owner was incredibly friendly, and it was easy to get around, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Parking was easier than at the inner accommodations. The rooms aren't stylish since they're a bit dated, but they're clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed. The second floor has heated floors and a clear view.

The bathrooms and hotel floors were especially clean, and the upkeep was so meticulous that I'd like to visit again. Though it's an older place, it's a tidy, medium-sized hotel with outstanding management. The interior was clean, parking was convenient, and the nearby restaurants are good. It's next to Seoho Market in Tongyeong City, and perhaps because I went on a weekday, I paid a motel price. It was fine. ㅎㅎㅎ...

There are lots of mosquitoes, but you can catch them before bed, and they have insect repellent and other things available. The air conditioner may seem like it isn't cooling, but don't assume it's broken. Clean the filter yourself and it'll get cold. The staff are kind too, so I recommend the place.

It's relatively cheap and the staff are relatively friendly. The budget hotel was converted from an old motel. It's a good choice if you're going to an island near Tongyeong, since it's right in front of the passenger terminal and they provide parking. ^^*
