The room had a great ocean view, but the stained window made it look less clean. The terrace bathtub was lovely to soak in while listening to the ocean, even though I wasn't sure at first about having it outside. The shower curtain only covers half the tub, and there's a walking path right in front where people pass now and then, so I realized I'd need a swimsuit. The facilities felt old overall. It was rainy and chilly during my visit, and the heating didn't get warm enough, so I was a bit cold. The frying pan's non-stick coating was badly peeled and should be replaced.

The property has a lovely view, and you can hear the waves even while lying down, which made it relaxing. The pension itself wasn't in great shape, honestly. The bedding and old facilities gave it more of a bed and breakfast feel. Still, the friendly owner and staff, plus the adorable cat staff, made up for some of that.

You can see the sea right away, and the lobby has a nice atmosphere. The beach itself is a bit far to get to, though, and the facilities feel more outdated than at other pensions. Eating meat in the barbecue area was nice, with the sea right in view and the ocean scent around us.

The view is the real highlight. The facilities feel a little old, but the owner has kept them in good shape. Meals are included if you book and pay through the pension website.

The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the spot is handy for getting to restaurants and attractions around Goseong County. It’s a lovely, cozy place with a nice view, though some parts feel dated. I first stayed here with my wife while we were dating, then came back after we married with our newborn, and later stayed again with our four-year-old.
