The staff seemed focused only on money and didn’t try to understand my situation. The lighting was poor, it smelled like a gutter, and the staff were drunk and inattentive. Keep your luggage safe. This was the worst experience of my life, full of disappointment. I wouldn’t give this hotel even one star or recommend booking it. It felt like hell. I have no words for how bad it was.

The facilities and cleanliness are only mediocre, and it looks like repairs are needed overall. Maybe the business has had a hard time because of COVID-19.

The building looks old, but the staff are friendly. For the price, it’s also well equipped.

It’s clean, but the central heating gets way too hot in winter. I even turn on the air conditioner to cool the room down.

The room was warm, cozy, and clean. It’s generally okay.
