They put me in a deluxe room, but it was dirty throughout, including the bathroom and windows. The elevator lights weren't working either. My email said check-in was at 9am, but they told me it was 9pm and charged another $28 for arriving early. Be careful, this felt like a scam.

I had booked a 9:00 check-in, but they said the bed wasn't ready and made me wait until 11:00. The way they handled it felt rude, with no service or common sense.

I only stopped in to sleep for a day, arriving around 3 AM after drinking. They charged me 150,000 won, then woke me at 11 AM with announcements that went on for an hour, saying my time was being extended and telling me to come down and pay. They kept calling about payment, so I left. On the way out they said the time had been extended and split up, then charged me another 10,000 won. They took the money they wanted and woke me early, and seemed not to understand what service meant. Anyway, I just didn't go back...
