10/10
Clean hotel and excellent customer service. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've seen. One of the managers, Joe, was incredible and went out of his way several times to make sure I was taken care of. I'd gladly stay here again.

Good spots are easy to reach on foot, and the location is convenient. The staff are friendly too.

I killed 3 giant cockroaches in my room. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Whenever I visit, a staff member upsets me. The owner should fire that staff member.
